Liver-Related Work

My primary research is focused on pathophysiology of hematologic diseases such as bone marrow (BM) failure and leukemia. My lab has ongoing projects in dissecting the mechanistic links between immune receptor TREM1 and hepatocellular carcinogenesis, with the focus on inflammation and macrophages.

Collaborations:

We are currently working with Drs. Paul Monga and David Geller on the ongoing projects related to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and seeking for more collaborations with clinicians and researchers to improve cancer therapies.


Resources:

We have different types of Cre mouse strains which allow to delete specific gene in different cell compartments, such as hematopoietic cells, stromal cells, macrophages and so on.
