My formal training is in pharmacology and I have practical experience in the innovation of novel screening approaches, complex biological assay development, validation, and implementation. I have over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of automated assays for high-throughput screening (HTS) and hit-to-lead (HtL) campaigns in the biotech and large pharmaceutical companies.
